Default Occlusion of Sound bard mr/fr/cr debuff not taking hold

Currently if you have circle of summer on, You cannot be hit by occlusions debuff. If you take this buff off, you can.

How is this a bug?

I'm guessing that the resist mods are in the same slot and since the + of summer > than the - of oos, that's why.

On the other side of the spectrum with malosini and bobbing corpse or resist fire for example the + of the buffs are < the - of the debuff therefor the debuff overwrites.

Oos is either supposed to

1) Overwrite Circle of summer

or

2) "stack" with it where it doesn't overwrite it but lands on someone who has the buff. Detrimental spells are not supposed to be blocked by beneficial buffs, its just not something that is supposed to be coded into Eq. If you try to "buff block" any detrimental spell by having full beneficial buffs, for example, the detrimental spell will overwrite one of them and you will just lose that buff. Oos needs a fix how it is now is not how it is supposed to work, detrimental spells are not supposed to care how big a mod a beneficial spell is giving to determine whether they can land or not

Name any other situation where an unresistable debuff won't land because of stacking with beneficial buffs.

This is clearly wrong, just not sure what you need to fix it.

Breath of Ro is meant to be resisted since it's a 0 mod spell...

Occlusion however is unresistable and should not be blocked by Circle of Summer.

Breath of Ro is not unresistable. Please do not troll bug forums.
