Rogue Haste 40% vs 41% !!!

So the changes to rogue haste properly effecting Backstab has anyone parsed the difference between 40% and 41% haste? I'm curious if I wouldn't be better off upgrading my rogue's plane of sky belt (41% haste) with a Lodi belt for added AP...

Reliably informed the difference to DPS over a long enough timeline will be 1%.
However , if you have a decent connection it seems possible to get 3 backstabs into a duelist disc 10 second window with 41% haste. Below that , its 2. Im not sure thats enough DPS change every 30 minutes to warrant using a shitty plane of sky belt for though. You will get more of a DPS boost from AoB item such as the Lodi belt.

ps: backstab cooldown was not broken with haste , it was only broken with *epic haste* so any other item providing 40 or 41% haste has been working as per usual.

Besides the difference in duelist chances, as Skew mentions, they should provide the same boost mathematically.
10 ATK = +1% dps. 41% = +1% dps over epic.

SoS = 100% haste, 100% dps.
VoG = 98% with epic +2% dps from Atk. 100% dps.
VoG = 99% with 41% + 2% dps from Atk. 101% dps.

Going off that, VoG is better to use if you have a 41% item. Otherwise the two should be about equal.

I use the 41% belt from Sky so I can use VoG for it's other effects.
