Low level exp quests for evil races?

The last couple alts I made got to level 18 or so on CB belts and pads. Making an Ogre now. Are there any similar quests for evil races? According to the Wiki the bone chip quest starts to suck at level 5 or so.

Thanks in advance for any guidance.
