I found the most interesting part of the earthquake that Seal Team seemed to have advance notice. Rumors of the GMs on their roster confirmed? They were the guild least affected, ready to go sweep dragons and move back to Fear for another clear.

Seems pretty tinfoil hat. They were at temple with several other guilds killing spawns as mobs were popping at temple. A couple guilds were at temple. So we noped out and to the exit portal we happened to be near lol. Plenty died.

Create overpopulated problematic end game environment requiring lots of staff attention then give those damn player what they "deserve" for participating in overpopulated end game environment requiring lots of staff attention.
