Actual junk, I expect. Serves fine for target practice and refining your technology. Once mature, your tools will hit important stuff just as readily as it'll hit junk.

These hypersonic missiles China is testing seem like fun. They travel over 1 mile per second. We’ve spent hundreds of billions of dollars developing ballistic middle defenses that are now all useless.

hows it make people feel, in general, that the only advantage china has over the USA is vastly superior first strike capabilities?

Kinda makes me feel like I wish ed snowden didnt stop the gov from putting in those switches that would shut down other countries power grids.

mirv kinda obviates any first strike advantage from a fast missile

unless it can swim!
