The couple times this has happened to me and it required that I petition. The staff always arrived promptly and quietly escorted the troublemaker out of my camp.

They really do a great job enforcing the Play Nice Policy (PNP)

It usually works, but there are some instances where it won't. For instance, in Unrest if you are camping FP, it's technically an outdoor zone, so if another group or player decides that they want to take 75% of your pulls, they literally can.
