Default Out of tune music - Mac

Has anyone else noticed that some of the music plays out of tune?
It's as if one or two of the instruments are playing in a different key...

The first time I noticed it was when I was in a tavern, and I thought, "Cool! They've made the music sound drunk" but then I also noticed it in Qeynos town, Kelethin etc.

I am playing green server on a macOS Sierra - is there a way to edit the music files? Or perhaps replace them.

The load music for P99 is different for the red server i've noticed. It's all old school organ sounding...

Isn't purely a Macintosh issue. The wife is very much on Windows and her game music will sound normal when she turns the game on, then after playing for awhile it'll go weird.

Yes, the longer I play in one session, the more out of tune and janky the music becomes. If I do an all day binge xping somewhere, then finally come back to town to sell vendor trash and restock before I log off, the merchant and town music will sound like some sort of weird discordant funeral dirge piped through a long plastic tube. It's very strange.
