The point of being vegan isn't about health its about ethics. But you can still be healthy while being vegan you just have to be intelligent about what you eat, just like any other kind of diet.

And yeah 200 grams of protein a day is for body builders, not normal people who just need between 40 and 50 a day. Very easy.
