Default Graphics Spaghettification

I've been unable to play Everquest since the last patch due to graphics spaghettification. I was wondering if there has been any talk of a fix because I know many people have this issue. I know some people have solved this problem by upgrading their graphics cards or whatever but I'm hoping to make due with my old computer that ran the game just fine before the last patch. Thanks.

The dynamic lighting patch has increased the system requirements it seems.

My 8 year old system with integrated graphics still runs it fine. I've seen some other threads where people are doing new installs mention that applying one of the older (need clarification as to which) patch files and then the new v52 one addresses most if not all of their concerns. Maybe try one of the V40 patches and then the most recent?
