I'd say Bards have the lowest non-levelling leveling time. None of their spells are researched and Selo's at high levels is basically watching LOADING PLEASE WAIT over and over again until you reach your destination. If you don't leave a continent, you don't need a port.

They are somewhat gear-dependent, but vendor instruments are enough for a while.
