why is it that these folk can smoothly make a multi expansions server....

Cause that server isnt classic and they screw with the code however well they please. Velious will be out when it's out.

Kpemu code is garbage. Anything they do outside of stock emu is awful. Trust me. 3 months and they still haven't fixed an aa bug that makes you cause zero aggro on debuffs and roots.
