Although the ideas in this thread are great for those specific levels, if you want more ideas in the future the Per-Level Hunting Guide (link in signature) is designed for soloers, but has tons of spots for duos also.

Invis to either one of the #5 areas marked on Droga map. There are so many mobs around you’ll naturally find your preferred area but those are good places to start.
