Chilling Embrace
Will chilling embrace ever be reverted to the shorter ticking version, I remember in EQ when I played it was a short duration 7 tick DoT for 100 per tick or something.
I recently brought it here and realised its only 40 points for 16 ticks (still the same damage I know but over a much longer duration). What point in the progression timeline was this changed, if ever - I'm not sure if the previous effects were introduced in Luclin era. | ||

2005-05-09 19:12 Changed Slot 2 from "Decrease Hitpoints by 40 per tick" to "Decrease Hitpoints by 100 (L36) to 114 (L50) per tick" Never here. You probably remember this from a Progression server?
