#8 ring roll time

Currently at xx:30, moved up from previous xx:15 time, for the people that don't show up regularly to see the time moved.
NPC not spawning til ~xx:40 after

Who says you get to decide the time of the roll? If she spawns at xx40 why wait around 10 minutes when the roll can be done at xx40.
