Mobs in Unrest vanish while being attacked. While that is happening other mobs warp to you and give you a damned good thrashing.

They seem to go to the floor above where they were but only if ceiling is close , if you fight them on stairs or where the ceiling is more spacial they do not warp.

This was happening in KC too.

We were fighting Bodyguards/Warlord/Pawbuster in the Box Room, it would go in the basement somewhere near the Turnkey area, and if you would fight them in Their room they'd pop up in the Jail cells.

The only safe place to fight them were on the stairway going down to WL/PB room.

Yep - experienced this in both Unrest and KC. Results in many group wipes.

Part of the recent pathing update and really needs to be fixed.

Safe to say anywhere a pathing update was made, it's jacked up. The left disco bug in seb poofs upstairs and aggro at least 1 frog (I believe there's 2 don't know for sure) coming back down. The only way I've been able to prevent it was rooting it but once broken it poof upstairs anyways.

Same happened in Velks and Droga. Mob gone and incoming bard swarm.

Ya this is pretty bad, mobs popping up a level is no bueno.

It's happening in every zone - I think Haynar posted in one of the bug threads that he thinks he has it fixed for next patch.
