People have been farming faction in WL recently, out of curiosity I went to live to check how big these values are and found them to be extremely lack-luster as far as Claws of Veeshan values go.

Based on these values... All Frost giants are 1 CoV, 5 Coldain. The Storm giant escorts are only 2 CoV and the storm giant named are 10 CoV.

The rate of factioning in WL leads me to believe the values on P99 are currently set much higher than the values observed on live with these logs.

We have yet to get a response REGARDING THE INAPPROPRIATE EXISTENCE OF LUCLIN-ERA FLURRY DRAKES IN NToV, let alone a simple acknowledgment on the matter, over the course of months and months of posting about it, so what's the point in pointing out discontinuity between classic Velious and p99 Velious unless it is game-breaking?

I find a lot of this stuff quite interesting as I have been trying to figure out exactly what is what faction wise in Velious in terms of hits... I would be curious to know the difference between CoV faction hits in GD/EW trash mobs, and Kael / WL faction hits..
I have been currently just farming on my mage between ent in kael to that little pond area towards Plate House, but seems a bit slow faction wise...needless to say grinding CoV seems slow my way, and I can't imagine doing it for my monk and warrior next...

I was thinking about the +75 faction hit to KT when you kill Lord Yelinak, is it possible that this is actually a bug on Live that they never fixed or was never reported?. (That it should infact be +750?)

On P99 we killed 2 Flurry drakes and 2 trash mobs (-120 CoV), this dropped some people from Ally to Amiable. That should not happen, most of the time you shouldn't even drop out of Ally, at a max Warmly.

If the faction values could be revised to match the live values that would be fantastic!

Yea you're right Endonde. I listed them incorrectly in there. The real flurries are the ones I list as trash minis.

But the point stands.

All dragon drake guards should be -50 CoV
All raid dragons should be -500 CoV
Everything else should be -10 CoV
