Yeah it does seem pretty carb-heavy

Especially for lazy ass sedentary America who wouldn’t exercise even if someone paid them to

Complex carbs are a great energy source for anyone who finds some form of anaerobic movement they don’t despise. Not that good for someone who wants to sit on the couch all day

Edit: even for active people though, may still be too much. I’m not big into measuring out/studying nutrition ratios, so I really wouldn’t know
