If you plan on getting some velious gear and really work the class.
25 cha / 5 wis

If it's an alt that you login to rez friends or guild mates.
25 wis / 5 sta

Cleric lul shouldn't be underestimated. I've seen a cleric lul their way down into sebilis. So it's worth the CHA in my opinion.

Most people will tell you screw CHA you can just swap equipment. BUT they're not playing it YOU are! Do you really want to have to swap a bunch of gear to use 1 line of spells? Or only a few critical pieces of gear to get that CHA up higher for better lul success.

Dwarf cleric would be silly with their low cha. Go human inny for high cha, snare/fear/insta deadeye clickies, and yea I’d go 25 cha 5 wis/str.

If you don't mind swapping gear for pulls you can get almost 60 charisma with just a few items. Plus lots of gear, especially cleric stuff, already has some charisma on it.

That being said, on late end gear charisma is probably a lot harder to find than wisdom which will most likely be maxed or close to it either way.

If you want to use charisma don’t use a dwarf

If you wanna not worry about charisma then use a dwarf. As a halfling, my lulls have been fine.

However, I didn’t try to play as an enchanter.

But halflings and dwarfs have pretty bad charisma. Still good races for clerics
