Sorry I don’t know anything about WinEQ2. I open that and p99 will be an option or something?
I’ve tried just about all the other options and nothing seems to fix it. It’s improved a little but still annoying.

You download and install WinEQ2. If I recall, you also need to sign up for a (free) account.

Once you have WinEQ2 installed, you can use it to create a custom shortcut, which will launch EQ using WinEQ2.

More information is available here:

Installed the lite version and just by luck tried this.
Luckily I was smart enough to figure this out, but its important to note that when you create the shortcut, you have to change the "TARGET" and "START IN" to match the p99 launcher, via the properties window. I didn't see this explained anywhere but i managed to get it to work now.
No idea if the game runs better or not, EC tunnel seemed smoother at least

Hey, can I get some help with this? I just installed and I'm having some graphics lag. I tried the steps here, installed WinEQ2, tried to run it, and... nothing happens. I click "Yes" on the 'unknown publisher' window, and then... nothing.

Following Budder's advice 2 posts above, I then tried to set TARGET an START IN to my p99 launcher, and got a "not valid" error message.

When I click it again, it says "WinEQ2 has detected it's already running!" But I can't open it, can't see where it's running - it's not even showing up in my task manager.

Any advice? Thanks!

You have to leave the EQ.EXE file in the folder,.. it is referenced to log in but I assume it isn't directly used.

Can anybody help with what Budder references above? When I try to run WinEQ2, it tries to connect to the Sony servers. I need to figure out how to get it to point to TitaniumLauncher.bat.

What is in the TARGET and START IN boxes in the desktop icon properties?
