Hope this helps! Of course wild game, omega 3s, fatty acid, vitamin c and cruciferous vegetables and organ meats n collagen is important. Don't poison urself with heavily leaded beef n eggs. I've never seen an american do keto aside from trying to eat bags of beef jerky salty porkrinds and shitty frozen skinless chicken for an entire month. The results are always fucking horrific. Again, lazy old white ppl who won't prepare and eat healthy portions of veggies, but spend upwards of $14 on a meal made with the shittiest of ingredients just to amass quantity on unfulfilling fad diets are our finest examples of keto success. It's really disheartening and frustratingly sad. People are totally disconnected from their food. | ||

lol I don't eat bacon. I will admit I eat a shit ton of boiled eggs. My cholesterol and triglycerides are great though so idk what to tell you pokes
