The game doesn't, but economies do. Prices on Teal do seem to be higher than they were on Green pre-merge, but it'll even out.

You know why GEBs cost so much? Because 1/2 the server wants a pair for their main. That's over 1000 people. How many boots drop in 24 hours if the camp is permacamped? How long has the server been out?
