You may not zone there

Been playing P99 for a little bit with some friends and wanted to breathe some fresh Warrens air, but at the zone line of Paineel and Toxxulia Forest I get a message in red text that reads:

"You may not zone there, you do not have the required file. This zone is not ready to receive visitors yet. Please try again in a few moments"

So I did. And a few moments more. I restarted the game, restarted my comp, reinstalled the P99 Files V47 and searched my drive for all the files that needed to be deleted and they have been but a mysterious force still bars my passage and sends me packing back to Erudin.

Any ideas how to fix this?

You need to copy the zone files for the warrens to your install.

Nope, he says at the zone from paineel to toxx. It seems op has the revamped toxxulia zone from live, did you really used eq titanium for the install? Did you by error ran the live patcher?
