Win 1 concede 2 is always an option Freedom (and predecessors) will take. Does nothing to change their behavior or make them work out the problem with others. Suggesting deletion of loot becomes included as part of the accepted standard.

Win 1, concede 2 needs to change to include loot deletion or go to concede 4.
But still, winning and then having to concede with keeping loot is far better than never winning by following the play nice policy. Guess we need GM's to make decisions, not friends.

Imagine knowingly training or committing a foul and knowing you will get penalised by actually having those raid loots removed. There is no longer any reward at all for acting like a douchebag. This applies to any guild In real life, bank robbers do not keep their golds even though they serve their 30 year sentences. There is no longer any incentive to “just keep going and see what happens”. The current situation is this “lets just keep going, even if we get penalised we will still keep the raid loots so we keep our winnings” That is not enough - fouls will keep piling up as guilds continue to push the limits and test GMs patience

If GMs start deleting loot you might as well just shut the server down
