New computer

I recently bought new computer and tried reinstalling game.. I get up to installing. The p99 files and try to install them then try to open ...the launch titanium files ..I get a error message . Code execution cannot proceed because DSETUP.all was not found ..I turned antivirus completely off before the install so not sure what's wrong .. This only happens after I try to install the p99 files off forums.. It allow access to servers before I put those files in to directory... Any help is appricated
