It's what NPC's should already be doing on their own anyway, if the AI was better. You just seem to find it more fulfilling to hack down on stupid NPC's that are completely predictable. It's not even realistic to be sitting in a dungeon for hours killing Orcs, and the Orcs down the hall somehow just sitting there and never coming to join the fight. Very low skill, less exciting, less immersive gameplay.

No they won't always win. Just look out for it and avoid it properly. If someone pulls a train somewhere, it's taking up their own time too, and they themselves need to avoid it as well. FD makes that much easier, but regardless, if someone is using that as a method to be able to take a camp, then get to a safe spot. The person doing the train can't fight w/e NPC it is they want, if there are other NPC's standing right there and ready to aggro on them. Be prepared to jump back on the contested NPC asap and prevent the other person from taking advantage of the opening they want to create.

If someone is so desperate for a taken camp, how the fuck does them taking the time to do something with a 99% chance of stealing the camp they want count as a detrimental factor? Boohoo, one member of their group is gonna miss out on 20 minutes of xp in their bid to get a legacy item?
