Info on benchmarks for Teal-Green re-merge?

I wonder if the devs might be able to speak to what will inform their decision for re-merging the servers? Is there a pop number where, if Teal falls below, the merge will trigger? Or will they wait until Kunark no matter what?

The reason I'm curious is because while the Green server does feel crowded now in classic, I'd rather stick through that in order to have a more appropriately populated and vibrant world come Kunark and Velious.

But if we knew that the two severs would come together as the world expands, I'd feel a lot more comfortable jumping over to Teal now to help ease the bottleneck on Green.

EDIT: Here is what's written on the announcement, so I guess what I'm asking is that given the new information since Teal's launch, can we please know any more specificity on this:
"We will be keeping an eye on player numbers and merge Teal back into Green as soon as the combined population is appropriate for the current content, whether that be in weeks, months, or years."

This is purely conjecture but I would guess the servers merge on Kunark release at the LATEST

The initial post by Rogean says it just depends on population, there is no timeline. It could be days, weeks, months or never.
