Cant play in Green server ! it says i need DSETUP.DLL (4632625888) But i can log in to others server. Not green do?

Legidias is on point. Just to add some clarification here;

The DSETUP.DLL is required to be on the most updated version, which is in the current patch files.

The DSETUP.DLL is picked up by several antivirus softwares as an anomolous character and will block it, so either creating a rule specifically for it, or disabling AV when you launch may be necessary.
