Default The Ishva Mal loot table

We killed the Ishva Mal on Teal - he dropped no items, just coin. Not sure if that should be a possibility or not but it seemed very weird. Was hoping you could check it's loot table for errors so we don't waste any time on it if it's a problem. Thanks.

Because Paw is not technically supposed to be revamped until December 1999. So none of his drops are in era yet.

I would have kept the zone closed entirely imo but they kept it open, so you get coin loot only I suspect.

Most people never go past the double doors there anyway. I petitioned about removing the Tesch gnolls in SK too but they stated they are keeping it the way it is now.

Loot table hasn't changed in a long time, but I did make small changes. He was missing some general items and was dropping too many research items. Fixed, pending update.
