Mana Bar Not Moving

I created a Erudite Mage. Brought her over to North Qeynos to play and was doing fine until I reached about 1/2 way through level 2. My mana bar is at 11% and is stuck. I've tried everything,,, sitting, meditating (Not level 4, so skill not working), buying food and drink but still can't get my mana bar to move. Suggestions please??
