Greater Null Potion

This isnt stacking with haste. Any haste, not just Vog. Is this classic or a bug I should report?

Hastes with a dex component usually block it. I think AQ is the preferred haste for Null pot stacking.

It's the agility debuff in slot 2 that's blocking stacking.
