Default Slow loading / no server select
This has recently happened to myself and other players it is on p99's end.

I heard from someone that it's because they have the server running UDP instead of TCP protocols. Maybe because TCP requires too much bandwidth? Maybe someone can confirm or elaborate the situation.

I just had this bug happen when I tried to log in. Long load time and then a blank server select screen.
