Splitpaw Necklace (+5 CHA) (very cheap or get one free in SK by shouting for rots)

In Misty Thicket there are almost always Necros killing guards at the guard wall. These drop Lore rings with +5 charisma on them every time. It's a great ring slot item that you can get for free. Necros leave them on the corpses because you can only loot one.
