I have never used it on P99 nor I have I used downloaded or every come into contact with macroquest.

Well there's two options. Either you used show eq to make your "The Sleeper Progression Server" OR you failed to do so, and got banned on p99 for using showeq on a project you wasted countless hours on, but never finished.
