As long as you are protecting yourself against the vaccinated, that is what matters. We wouldn't want you dying because of someone else's air droplets.

P100 organic filters work for biological aerosol and it has a blow valve so I can still breath out

I am a certified nutritionist from decades ago. Keto is amazing, but quality matters.

18/6 and keto will get you shredded in a month.

Personally I do OMAD and 48 hr fast over weekend with fisetin and nattokinase.

People still think I'm in my 20s :3
