A Frost Giant Lord instantly respawns

Hello,

While my group was doing the plate house cycle on Feb 27th. We noticed that A Frost Giant Lord would spawn and if killed would immediately respawn. This always happened at the spawn point to the left of the throne. If left unaggroed it looked like it would despawn and respawn a few times until a named giant would pop and a normal spawn timer would occur.
