I feel like modern Christendom in all of it's flavors, even catholicism serves each a niche. Even though it obfuscates, I believe now the source. Not necessarily through malice. But perhaps necessity. Perhaps it is the ladder. Perhaps in our lives man ascends this ladder by learning the truth and restoring it through trial and error. Much like the foundation of life itself.

Not to detract from it. In this life I understand what I understand and I have gleaned or been given some small sense of the truth through this process. I'm not going to say which religions are the coloring books. Or which cater to earthly powers or wealth. But we may in choosing and learning challenge ourselves and know.

For your part, and Jesus's I would say I am eternally grateful in this regard.
