Have at least a set of 3 of:
Flawed Topaz, 200pp ea, set of 3 for 500pp Flawed Sea Sapphire, 250 ea, set of 3 for 600pp Nephrite, 150pp ea, set of 3 for 400pp Chipped Onyx Sapphire, 150pp ea, set of 3 for 400pp Flawed Emerald, 250pp ea, set of 3 for 600pp Jaundice Gem, 150pp ea, set of 3 for 400pp Spells: Boon of the Garou x2, 300pp Circle of Force x2, 200pp Abscond, 100pp Elemental Maelstrom Arctic Wyvern Hides 25pp ea, Quantity varies since I sell them frequently Cobalt Drake Hides 50pp ea, Lesser quantity If there is enough demand for Cod Oil, I will fish and brew these as well for 30pp ea. | ||

Deciding whether to start a service to speed up this quest: Velium Retrieval for Bracer of the Hammerfal Being a wizard, I can tremendously speed up this quest using TL's. I would port you around until you acquired the Bracer. | ||
