Starting fresh, a few questions
Hello all,
I've played on Blue for a few weeks, and I have been in love with Project1999 ever since. I've decided to come over to Red, as I hear so many positive things about it. My questions are: Which newbie areas are most populated on Red? i.e. which race would have the best chance of grouping. Is EC Tunnel the marketplace? Are there any classes that Red end game is low on? Thanks and hope to see you in game! | ||

Join <Fresh> for a <Fresh> start in my opinion. Miria has been going out and buffing new players and offering guild tags to give new players a home.
I would be innovative and avoid the traditional starting locations as they are strewn with griefers. Make friends through your new guild and try to get to levelling zones that are NOT Crushbone, Unrest or Mistmoore. Make your way to Kunark if you have to [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] EC Tunnel is empty - /ooc is your marketplace Clerics are always wanted, bards and enchanters also wanted, but do check guild recruitment threads

id say gfay area def most populated for newbies.
EC tunnel doesn't exist... use ooc for trading and meet up with the person. nfp, rv, neriak decent trade areas, not so much for leveling low classes at end game are mage , necro, pally, ranger, sk, cleric however, dont let that dictate what you decide to play, play whatever you like the most that will make you stick around

I was already leaning toward Necro so maybe I'll go with that! Thanks for both of your replies. I'll seek out the <Fresh> guild!

Seek out groups even if they are in PK infested locations. Group exp so worth it and you will level out of their range quickly.
