Solid black armor textures?

Does anyone know what's causing this? It seems to happen on a lot of different armors randomly.

It appears to be Gnome Skin.

I believe the sleeves and boots from the dark elf cultural are also featureless jet black.

Yes

There are necro boots, gloves, and robe that are all black, too.
