Per the somewhat recent GM ruling, it's a camp so whoever was there first has the rights and FTE is irrelevant.

If he was up on the hill physically in the zone before you and there with the express purpose of stormfeather and never left, it was his bird. It doesn't matter if you were 1, 5, or 15 feet "closer" to the exact spawn.

If he was there first in zone, you were in the process of stealing his camp.

If you were there first in zone and the general vicinity, he straight up KS'd you.

Should be easy to figure out for the GMs.

On a related note, why didn't you guys send a tell to each other before the bird popped??

He has every right to hide near the spawn just like you can fd there.

If you want one of the highly contested camps you'd better be willing to park your butt on it for several hours. Logging in before something pops is not camping.
I've sat on a camp for 8-9+ hours just so it was clearly mine when it finally popped.

I see the same people come to the camp over the course of those hours several times to check if 1. anyone is there and 2. if it's popped. If you're sitting on it for that long people won't be tempted to try and pull any bullshit. And everyone in that zone will be aware that you're camping that shit.

Don't log in 1-2 hours before you expect a pop and think that you all of a sudden own a camp. Technically sure, sitting on a camp for 1 hour I would say you own that camp at then particular moment in time. And its wrong of other people to come and go and expect to get the camp.

Also if you petition something don't make a public thread about it. It makes you look like a jack. Even if you were the person who was "right".

I came here to rebuke Kayso's testimony. I have first hand experience that Kayso is a scum lord of the highest order. Several times he has been temp banned from vent for leaving his mic open while fapping (sounded like man-on-man porn), he drops the N bomb in guild chat regularly, GMs have banned him from unrest for training the zone (while he is level 60), and there was a rumor going around that he killed a man in a hit and run when drunk one night. Anything that Kayso says should be taken with a grain of salt.

The real question is what do the GMs do if OP is making false accusations? If we do not police ourselves then we are no better than animals
