Not necessarily. And I suspect he is from the UK, and things are strict there. People have been arrested for trolling people on facebook with mean comments. Imagine what they would do to someone who posts pictures of mutilated rape victims next to their missing person pictures, on a game website full of children.

We will see what happens anyway, he spammed me with more pictures and I have already reported him now.

He's not from the UK, although I will admit his sense of humour has a distinctive British tint what with all the big black cocks and peeled skulls. Isn't he from Chicago? I might be thinking of someone else.

In any event, has anyone just contacted his ISP? He's definitely violating his ToS. Cutting off his interwebs would be a punishment worse than prison or machete-rape, methinks. Or did he always post from a proxy, even before he went all gay-porn white-knight on us?
