Game Mechanics: Merchants: Further evidence merchants should be immune to charm

I know this has already been patched - but some forum members considered the evidence presented to support the change contentious.

While researching a separate issue (were well-balanced weapons city boss loot early on in EQ) I stumbled upon further evidence supporting the above change - that vendors are uncharmable.

Like merchants, all EQ guards seem to be immune to the charm series.

Nice find. That's very clear and leads us down an interesting rabbit hole regarding guards as well.
