Yeah I played game with the hard UI and small window until it was removed completely. It was most important to be able to read text and well I just liked how everything had its place and my cool class icon was hanging out there doing its thing.

Video was just for navigating the things that would ultimately create the numbers and words in the text box. :P

I prefer the old old eq screen and I worship viewport because EQ is meant to be played in a smaller window.

This is basically how I play eq on red99 these days, I just run around the newb yard and press G to autoattack after pressing W to target.

Most of the time I just click things with mouse because I don't play often enough anymore to remember a hundred fancy binds.

One thing that would be nice in eq is first person head swivel, so looking without turning. That's like the only big thing it misses.

Yeah I never knew about viewport until the revamped classicish UI and everyone had to figure out how to make it work. I wish I knew about it sooner. Having all bags open all the time is legit.

I love view port too mates, I like playing with a tall, narrow viewport, with all my chats and stuff arranged around the side. It's glorious.

Strictly speaking, it isn't. Couldn't have multiple bags open like that in the original game 'till later on.
