The 16th is less important than just March itself, we know they aren't going to have every update pushed on an exact day of the month. So just having it line up with the original patch months would be simpler for people to keep up with and track.

Sooner the better. I'm trying to learn Ruby on Rails and PHP right now. Sooner I can do my self found troll warrior and troll SK, I'll be happier. At least break up the monotony of studying hours on end trying to implement stuff.
