Iksar SK and 2handers

I have an iksar SK who is mainly a character I play when all my other camps on other toons are taken. I usually kill paineel guards or misty guards (he is 38) I've made enough money on him where he deserves a better weapon and I am considering going with a 2hander - which means no more bashing. Am I making a bad call here? I was thinking of going for an ice flame, I like the aesthetic of halberds and my SK on live when i was like 12 years old had a green jade halberd so there is some nostalgia driving my decision. I just want to know if giving up bash and stats from a shield is a horrible call on my SK given his play style

well, on a more serious note - what are the usual choices now for an SK 2h slasher (or blunt) for a 1.2 to 1.5k price range now that Velious has been out for a good long while? I was eyeballing choices and prices and there's a sizeable gap between the Wiki's info and what's on the Hungry auction scroll.

Oddly enough, Iceflame didn't even show up on the SK equipment list for 2h slash on the Wiki with Velious enabled. It makes me wonder how many other weapons are on the Wiki but not organized into the list.

I'm pretty sure that does not answer your question, but I think Ebon Mace has a crazy price/quality ratio and you get to keep bash and shield stat. I am not sure what affordable 2Hander would make more dps than that.

Iceflame might not have shown up on the 2hs list because it is a 2 handed Piercing weapon. Is this a problem with the list?

You can always keep your shield and 1h weapon in bag so if you need to switch to shield you can bash casters.

2h weaps typically will do more damage so a good 2h weapon aint a bad idea imo.

Can someone post a screen shot of what a soul binder looks like when equipped?

I am told it looks awesome and the proc seems like a cool thing to have access to, even just for the proc.
