Changelog

(Wenai): Sir Morgan rewards fixed.
(Secrets): A_Greater_Skeleton in Najena is now on the Najena faction.
(Wenai): Depnar_Bulrious no longer shares a spawngroup with a merchant in Erudin.
(Wenai): Innkeep_James and Innkeep_Disda should no longer be spawning under the world.
(nilbog): Cazic Thule mage component drop rate slightly lowered.
(Secrets): Made Lord Nagafen, Lady Vox, and Phinny no longer equip items. This should stop them from wanting to stab themselves in the head with scimitars.
(Secrets): Removed: New characters starting at 100 swimming, 200 sense heading, and meditate starting at skill level 1 (causing any char to be able to meditate at any level with skill 1)
(Secrets): Added: Checks for meditate to disallow using it when you aren't supposed to (IE: De-level, aforementioned meditate starting at 1, etc), Checks for OPGMTrainSkill to disallow training meditate at the inappropriate levels.
(Secrets): Gopher Snakes and Grass Snakes in North Qeynos should no longer hit for more than 4.
(nilbog): Removed level requirement from Blood of the Dhampyre.
(nilbog): Fixed bull elephant loot in southkarana.
(nilbog): Fixed Cracktusk loot in southkarana.
(nilbog): Feerrott lizardmen will now drop meat
(nilbog): jungle spiderlings will no longer poison
(nilbog): lizardman mystics will now proc darkness
(nilbog): Oknoggin Stonesmack set to 0% until epics.
(nilbog): Troll slayer missing levels added. He is now the undercon he should be. Faction corrected; he will now KS you properly.
(nilbog): Innothule- a froglok will now have the correct texture
(nilbog): Ocean of Tears- decreased Allizwesaur and spectre spawn time to 6 minutes.
(Wenai): Changes to the Bilge and Pyzjn DB Profiles.
(Wenai): Numerous changes to pohate and posky to prepare for release (news to come).
Lustrous Russet and Cryosilk Robe have been removed.

does this mean that our swimming skill goes up in water instead of lava now?
