You can rent a house for 75k on the top of that link!

Theres one for 400k right below it

scroll down there are like 40 for 20-40k

Can you afford an apartment on Market and embarcadero in SF? Doubt it (unless ur very wealthy grats!)

can you live on sunset boulevard in the hills? Nope!

It’s up a d down the coast in californa

What you think carmel is cheaper?

Newport?

San Diego?

Lol

Look it up yourself

The rent on the coast in ca is 20k+ a month

That’s because the ultra wealthy are everywhere and they have fomo

Also 40 years ago the wealthy would laugh at you if you lived in Malibu it’s where the poor pieces of trash used to live now it’s 400,000 for rent lol

Why? I think because they film the Hills there and rich people just have FOMO

Serious question. Do you guys not see the value in living in a country where places as disparate geographically and politically as Texas and California exist? We have a lot of freedom of choice that many others don’t have

If you don’t love America please pack your shit and leave, thanks and God Bless

I see quite a few listings in the 3-7k range but don't let me interrupt your unhinged rant.

I guess your 10 second cursory search wins the argument against the one you accuse me of doing.

You're just trying to argue for the sake of it.

those houses are 1500 square feet average do you know that is the size of most 1 bed room apartments? That cost less than 1500 a month in a non costal city. Like keep in mind you're trying to tell me that a 1500 square foot house that rents for 7k is ok for a single family.

Yeah single family if you think living in a teepee is a single family home.

But I am not surprised a conservative like you only cares about the wealthy.

Keep moving those goal posts. I'm not sure why winning this dumb argument is so important to you, but there are plenty of 2,000 to 2,500 square feet listings for a lot less than 20k per month.
