It would be interesting to see the senate pass a compromise bill, making exceptions for the mother’s life, rape, incest, etc

13 of the Republican senators (maybe 12, don’t remember) who passed the gun bill Arent up for re-election. There are situations where this is a health care issue, and a woman shouldn’t die for no reason. While rare, it would still be nice to see those protections enshrined nationally, even if half of the states ban it at 6-10 weeks or something similarly draconian
