I recall it taking 5-7 minutes to zone from WC to EC. It would also usually take 5-7 minutes to let me know I had officially disconnected.

Gotta say, the classic UI was the best and I used that until they forced a patch on me that removed it.

2. Use a 14.4 modem, maybe a 28.8 to connect to the internet. Use software like this to add some packet loss, random lag spikes and generally make the connection unreliable.

you can also tether to your cell phone, not wifi, just use your cellular service.. this way when a call comes in or you try and make one you'll DC from the game.
