Shield of falsehood question
Does anyone know if you have to be at the required part of the epic to turn in woe/envy/marrs promise to get the shield, or if you can just camp the items and turn in, without doing the other steps?
I ask as I killed the pally/sk and would like my shield, but don't want to do the test of patience to get it lol! Also I will be updating the wiki on the sk - casts a lot more than what the wiki says!

Update : if you start the epic, get first gem - turn it into bondil, get 2nd gem - turn in to Ooglyn, DONT do test of patience or get that gem (but you will get the +faction adjustment from the Ooglyn turn in) : you will have enough faction to hand in Envy/Woe/marrs promise and get your shield, the plus faction and the gem from the spirit!
Basically can get your shield very easy and not have to do the test of patience! Doable from lev 35-36!
